Free first

Private repositories get 30 days of full use before paying, and public repositories are free. Please use the trial to check that TestDetta fits your pipeline.

Refunds

• Within 14 days of any payment, monthly or yearly, we refund that payment in full on request. No questions asked.
• After 14 days, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time: the license keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Where the law of your country gives you more, that applies.

How to ask

Email support@testdetta.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Refunds are paid by Polar Software, Inc., our merchant of record, to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

What happens to the license

A refunded license is revoked: it is no longer renewed, and once it runs out TestDetta runs every test, as it does without a license. Your builds are never failed because of it.
